Yuri Balmaceda Wheelock, RPLS, Joins BGE as Director of Survey in San Antonio
San Antonio, TX – BGE, Inc., is pleased to announce that Yuri Balmaceda Wheelock, RPLS, has joined as the Director of Survey in our San Antonio, Texas, office.
With over 20 years of experience in land surveying, project management, and geospatial analysis, Yuri brings invaluable expertise in boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, right-of-way coordination, property and easement description writing, and survey department standards development. He has led multidisciplinary teams and managed large-scale infrastructure and land development projects across Texas.
“I’m excited to join BGE and contribute to an innovative team that’s making a difference. I look forward to growing professionally, helping to drive impactful solutions, and expanding our presence in the corridor between San Antonio and Austin,” Yuri says.
Yuri earned a Bachelor of Science in Business/Management from the University of the Incarnate Word and an associate’s degree in Land Surveying from Macomb Community College. His leadership and technical expertise will further strengthen BGE’s survey capabilities and enhance our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.
