Overview

Camden Woodmill Creek is a gated, build-to-rent community near The Woodlands, Texas. The site is situated within a larger master-planned community and adjacent to an existing park and trail.

Homes within the site are organized around mews, which BGE’s landscape architect used to design landscaped, meandering walkways with bench seating and lighting. The site offers a full recreation center to its residents, which features a pool, covered outdoor kitchen area and seating, and a gravel seating area overlooking the park space.
