Emily Boland serves as a Party Chief in our Southeast region based in Atlanta, Georgia. Her journey as a female leader in the field is truly inspiring. When asked what she finds most fulfilling about her role, she shared, “I’m motivated by a job well done. Witnessing the beginning to end of a project is very satisfying, knowing how much time and effort was spent to help a client.”
With five years of industry experience, and a new home at BGE, Emily’s impact on the teams and the projects she leads is evident. “One particular project that I’m proud of is Fort Stewart military base. It was my first out of town job, and I wanted to make sure that every aspect was covered to the last detail. Everything went according to plan.”
Beyond the job, Emily values BGE’s commitment to fostering a respectful and supportive environment that equips her for success every day. “It’s nice working for a company that cares about their employees inside and outside of work,” she says. “Thanks to BGE’s tuition reimbursement, I’m currently working toward getting my drone piloting license and certificate in land surveying.”
