David Miller, PE, Joins BGE as Director of Land/Site Development in South Austin
With over 25 years of experience in civil engineering, project management, and land development, David brings extensive expertise in site development, utility infrastructure, drainage design, and project execution. He has led multidisciplinary teams and managed a diverse range of projects across Texas, including large-scale commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. David’s ability to navigate complex permitting processes, foster relationships with local agencies, and deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions has earned him a reputation as a leader in the industry.

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston. His diverse background, including roles in both private and public sectors, makes him a valuable asset to BGE.
