David Babineaux, PE, Joins BGE as Senior Project Manager for Land/Site Development in San Antonio
San Antonio, TX – BGE, Inc. is pleased to announce that David Babineaux, PE, has joined our Land/Site Development team as a Senior Project Manager in our San Antonio, Texas, office.
With over a decade of experience in civil engineering, David brings a deep understanding of land development, project management, and infrastructure design. His expertise spans feasibility studies, subdivision platting, permitting, and designing multifamily, commercial, industrial, and public sector developments. Throughout his career, he has successfully led teams in executing large-scale projects while fostering strong relationships with city officials, utility providers, and regulatory agencies.
“I’m thrilled to contribute over 11 years of expertise in commercial and multifamily design to such a talented and innovative team of engineers and designers. I am very grateful to be part of BGE’s initiative to enhance private sector development in Texas,” David shared.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. His background includes extensive work in drainage design, utility infrastructure, street planning, and construction-phase support, making him a valuable addition to BGE’s San Antonio office.
