BGE, Inc. today announced three new shareholders were elected at its recent board meeting.
Todd Calvin, PE, is the director of Public Works in BGE’s Houston region and has been with BGE since 2018. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston.
Michael Franklin is the director of information technology at BGE and has been with the company since 2017. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in information technology from Houston Baptist University.
Kip Guthrie, PE, is a resident engineer in BGE’s North Texas Construction Management department and has been with the company for six years. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
With the addition of these employees, BGE now has 46 shareholders in the ownership group.
